What oil to use...???

Got the wife a new 2001 A8L yesterday.
I'll get pics soon.
Need to do an oil change before our trip over christmas I guess.
I didn't get an owners manual or anything.
Whats a good oil viscosity to run in the 40v for winter?
I'll be up north over the holiday, but then back in Alabama where it rarely gets below 32 after that.
And yes I'll get M1 Full Syn for sure.

I had been using Mobil 1 0w-30R for the last couple of years, but switched to Mobil's Delvac 1 5w-40 when it was discontinued.

I run this year round in my 97, Get the ones made in Germany as they are PAO Group IV oils versus the Group III stock in the other commercial synthetics. Car runs smooth...
