It's called SARCASM. Like "you're #1!". Bet his name is Shooter... and he's a Playah, being the Ballar he is.
And, there's a darn good REASON there are no other cars like that one on the road. FORTUNATELY for my f'n eyeballs' sake. Good thing as I'd walk around punching everyone in the mouth if so.
Least he wasn't shy with his use of exclamation marks in the ad! It sure does sound exciting!
Diablo wheels - for the LOSS! Blech.
