What's the consensus on when to replace the timing belt on the 4.2 engine?

I am contemplating the move from an A6 2.7 to either a D2 or an A6 4.2 and am looking at a few good candidates.
I know the word on the 2.7 is to do the timing belt before 75k with the water pump being the weak link (I got a little excited and did mine at 55k).
Of course the "official" timing belt point is listed as 105 k miles for both the 2.7 and 4.2 motors.

because the previous owner had a collant leak and the meck thought it was the H20 pump, so they just replaced the whole shebang!
So I wont worry about it for another 60K or so... or maybe 80K or so
