whistling/windy type noise coming from my vents

almost sounds like a soft whistle or a wind howling through a door, but its definitatly coming from the vents.. if i turn off the fan it seems to stop, but i can still hear a little bit of it!! what is that sound??

I know if there is a strong cross wind, the fresh air intake makes a whistling sound
