Why do I pay so much much for insurance? I move around alot, and it is high everywhere
Age:22
Years driving: 6.5
years with company:6
Accidents: 1, not at fault, hit by drunk driver, other company paid for it.
Number of cars owned previously: 4
Tickets of any kind: 0
Car: 1997 Audi A8Q, 60K miles
Occupation: U.S. Marine, Corporal E-4
Status: Not Married
Credit: Average/Good
What the heck gives, lowest I have paid on this car is $225, how can I go lower? I have tried progressive and they qoute me $218, that us not really any better.

thats a lot! I pay less than half of that
My situation is almost identical to yours except age, I just turned 25. Same car, same year, same conditions. I have comprehensive coverage, 1 million liability, fire, theft, vandalism, no glass however, and my monthly bill is $107 CDN ($88 USD), it is less than I was paying for 95 Ford Explorer, I still cannot believe how I got this deal!

Age and proximity to a major metro area are big factors
Where are you located? The $84 you'd save with Progressive would pay for about a tank and a half of gas per year or a fews cases of Guinness!
