8 misbehavin

I'm expecting my third child in Q1 of 2005 and need to upgrade from my nicely modified A6 to something that will accomodate 3 child seats. I've been looking for an excuse to go A8 and what could be better! :-) Here's the deal, my 4 year old is in a Britax Husky booster seat that is huge. It's the only booster with a 5 pt. harness that fits kids 40 -80 lbs. My two year old is in his regular Evenflo Ultara V seat and the new addition will go between them in an Evenflo On-My-Way infant seat (the kind that detaches from the base portion that stays in the car and then fits on the stroller.) My 97 A6 is not even close to wide enough to fit this setup and my wife's GMC Yukon is hell for me to drive on long trips. Hence the reason I need advice on whether or not I'm deluding myself into thinking I can fit these 3 in an A8. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

with two car seats in the back, my wife can sit between them (and she is nearly six feet tall), so i think you could fit a child seat in between them.

in fact, we're moving and so i'll probably come across our infant seat (it's an evenflo) so i'll give it a try.

in any case, definitely get the A8. unbelievable car... if you're in the SF bay area, there's an amazing deal on one in redwood city (no, i'm not affiliated).

However, I don't have the detachable car seats (which are typically wider than most). One of them is a booster seat without back, the other one is a booster with back, and the last is a traditional seat where you can use the included 5 point belt or car belt. Dunno the brands tho. Good luck.
