Default Windshield washer pump? Do I have to remove wheel well liner to
remove the reservoir so that I can change the pump?

No, it's easier to remove the front bumper.

Default Gabor and I tried it that way first
Spent an hour trying to get it to snap in, gave up, pulled the front bumper and we were done in 10 minutes.
