Don't know if you've looked at this place...they claim all their wheels are in "like new" condition.

I found out those maniacs put the wheels on a lathe and turn them !!! So what should be a polished (to some degree) surface becomes one giant spiral. A local shop does that and I have seen pie plates done that way...it creates a moire effect similar to the underside of a CD. Not my cup of tea.
