Xenon failure, bulb ok!
I've got new bulbs but one of the headlights wont come on. Have tried to switch and can confirm the bulb is ok.
It must be the "control" unit. Dont want to order from Audi and was hoping someone here knows who makes these units and what the part number is?
Its no retrofit, standad A8 model year 2000.

Same thing happened to me when I changed my xenon bulbs.
The problem was I tested them a few times without the engine running - they need full juice from the battery to ignite. Try turning them on halfway through a drive.
