Default The "groaning" noise when turning steering wheel at low speeds...

like in the driveway type speeds, and the noise similar to what you described above.

Randy might have gotten himself a good deal, however...

I'm sure my health insurance company wishes they could raise my rates to recoup their losses!

Default g, at low RPM as youve described, turning the steering wheel

without forward or backward motion puts strain on the pump. Now its just a question of whether or not its "beyond the tolerances' of both the pump AND the driver!

Default Yep! Left, right, up, down & all around! No drains that could be plugged.

Genius!

His advice was "when you're a couple miles away from your destination, turn the A/C off to allow the condensation to drain before turning the car off"

Even after following this magic evaporation procedure my car was smelling by the afternoon of the day that they had 'sanitized' the system.
