Hello, The soft door close on my 06 A8 has stopped working on the front passenger side. There is no noise of the motor running or rattling. This happened some time ago on the driver's side, then started working again, but no such luck on the passenger side. Any ideas of what the issue may be? Any help will greatly be appreciated......Thanks

Probably the microswitch in the locking mechanism, that triggers the soft close motor, when the door comes close enough. The remedy is to replace the entire locking mechanism, 250euros for the part alone, 1h job to replace, easy job, except for removing the window glass and inner door panel.

My driver and passenger doors don't work but the rear two doors work. I just disabled the front two in VCDS. Not worth the time or money to me to fix.
