20" QS10 wheels with 275/40 /20 Continental ExtremeContact DWS tires?
Do you think it is possible? I am looking to get more rubber to protect the ride quality. Thank you.

Don't think those will fit in Dynamic mode...... and suspect that you'll find that the 275/35/20's provide enough sidewall unless you're in an area that has truly miserable roads.... like NH or NYC.....
you could go to 285/35/30 to get a bit more sidewall - just need to be careful on picking offset/ spacers for the front end....
