2005 A8 Nav not working

2005 A8 Nav not working
Nav was working fine and now the screen says Nav DVD not found. I cleaned the dvd and nothing. Car is warm, no moisture and nothing. Any advice on getting it back working? Dealer is far away from me. Thanks.
