2006/2007 bumper
I Just bought my A8 a few weeks ago. It is a 2004 D3. Does anyone know how I can go about getting the new 06/07 front grill? Is that possible to do? What is the cost? Is it something that a body shop could handle?

cost? around $10k
body shop? yes but make sure they're a good one.
from my understanding, you'll need new:
bumper, grill, headlights, hood maybe more but those are the expensive pieces

It's a very expensive project that involves more than the grill. You'll need at...
...the very least to change the engine hood, and you may also need to change out the headlamps (not sure about this though). There are several threads on this topic that you can do a search on.
