I had it on my Mercedes S500 but

most people don't expect it and end up opening and reclosing the door anyway. The Audi's doors are much lighter, so I don't miss it a bit.

I'd look at Edmunds.com. The listed '07 invoice pricing should be similar on most of the options...

...and packages (usually works out at approx. 89% of the retail pricing). I believe the invoice on the base price of the car is at 94% of the listed retail. Makes the $74,690 listed retail price on the A8L approx. $69,850 for the invoice price. This is a guess on my part, based on what Edmunds shows for 2007.
