Good deal on a Fuel system tune up kit. But does it work and is it good to use for an 04 A8?

This is a safe and effective product. If you have the funds, buy the professional kit that delivers a stronger cleaner through the fuel rail. You have to buy a regulator and adapters to attach it to the fuel line (first disabling the fuel pump).

Injector cleaner is probably like any other fuel additive and is good every now and than. Probably every third tank.

Throttle body cleaner is difficult to apply since throttle body is very inaccessible, but it would be useful. Even very small carbon deposits can stuck initial flap opening and make acceleration jumpy, especially when one want it smooth. Some personal experience with applying this would be useful.
