My experience with the advocate is as following
My salesperson neglected, unintentionally i am sure, to mention the Audi-care program when i bought my 04 A8 in Jan 07, I was unaware of this program, but now see it as very cost effective.
My dealership tried to get me the program after i purchased the vehicle but were unsuccessfully. The advocate got me in the program for $6xx in the 2q of 07. I was very pleased with their service. That was my only encounter, hope that helps.
