Thanks for the responses and questions. There are no lights on but I don't have a Vag-com (yet) to scan for stored codes.
After my 20 minute commute home tonight I measured each side down to the ground as vertically as I could over the center line of the wheel and they were within a 1/2" which I attributed to the side slope of my driveway. There was no audible hissing from either side at that time. In the morning I will re-measure and see what I find.
Has anyone temporarily connected a 12 volt test light to monitor how often the compressor is running while troubleshooting these sorts of issues? It looks like it'd be pretty easy but I'd want to tuck the wires away so it didn't look all ghetto in the process.

So this morning I measured and both sides are down 3/4" equally and when I started her the green down arrow car light was lit. It shut off in less than 30 seconds and everything seemed normal on my morning commute.
After reading through the training guide I would take this to mean either both front struts are leaking (although someone stated that I should be able to hear this as a significant leak) or the control valve is failing.
Unfortunately for my test last evening I failed to put the car in jack mode so maybe this is semi-normal or just a botched test?
