...maintenance prone from a cosmetic standpoint. Had a black on black A6 years ago, and it was sexy as hell.

Yes I think Black looks the best, but it is extrememly common (I parked next to an identical A8L yesterday - same mods and all, including a driver who could have been my long lost twin) and requires EXTENSIVE up keep to stay beautiful.

My next Audi will be Daytona Grey or something close to it. I love my car when it is freshly detailed but it stays clean for about an hour in the winter weather.
