Two different managers on two different workstations both keyed in the searches, and I was behind their desk watching.

Granted, I did not have them do things like remove the premium package or the sport package and see how many dual paned cars came up ... but ...

Given premium and sport packages, and front seat vent/massage, only two cars came up in the whole country, and one was shown as already sold, and the other ended up being sold when we called the next day.

Also, why would they rather order up a car for me, and spend days more time and effort on me, than have me close and seal a deal and be gone right now ? Granted the MSRP is now about $600 higher because I can get a car with dual paned, but ...
