Air conditioning vent stuck

Air conditioning vent stuck
Hello everybody.I`ve got and Audi A8, 2003 reg and looks like the air conditioning vent is stuck due to I can hear that it`s working but just not bringing any air inside the car.However, I don`t know where the vent is or is it easy to access it.Please, advise.Thank you.
