The problem is solved. On top of the shock there is a rubber end in case the suspension bottoms out. Well that rubber where mounted in the new bag so I accidently mounted 2 rubber ends. No wonder it was stiff. Removed one of them ando it works great. I would definitely recommend this replacement bag. No need to replace shock.

So, how difficult was the replacement procedure? Did you find some instructions somewhere, or just jump in and figure it out as you went?
