Default Good experience on the A6 too.

Quiet, good performance tire; I use a 255 in that set up. Very similar to the same non M+S Pirelli tire. Good in rain and wet too. But, given the resulting tread design and the width, it just gets by on snow from experience. Nothing like a performance snow tire like a Dunlop M3. The Pirelli is also at a good price point for a high performance 20. Somewhat heavy if you look at the weight spec.

Folks often say they like the Michelin PS2 AS, but not it is not an XL rated tire and falls under the weight spec for the 20's (102). More $$ too.

Default Never had an 8 but the Toyo Proxes 4 is an agressive all-season that is really nice

i have run it on various cars and highly recommend

Default I'd agree - they're grippy but have enough sipping to work for all but big snow...

they also are pretty quiet unlike a few of the pricier options.....

Take care with the Michelin PS A/S. Mine went horribly noisy after one season.

Default Concur. After <10k or so, they're very noisy on non-perfect surfaces (eg, cement)

Also, they feel "harder" now than when new, even though there's still quite a lot of thread depth on them. They're excellent in wet but I'm getting very annoyed with their noisy / low-freq resonating behavior. I'm seriously considering upgrading them either to the max-summer Michellin PS2 or the Pirelli PZeros (live in Dallas, so snow is not a concern, really).
