For 4610 MMI software you need Version 5 maps.
Retrofitting OEM Bluetooth is a bit more complicated because of the fiber optic ring that is not connected to the old OnStar. The rest is probably same. It is better to install Bluetooth module in the trunk, left side. There are all necessary wires (to splice) and easy access to the fiber optic. I used one from Sirius radio that I didn't like. Only wires to connect to the OnStar harness underneath drivers feet are two for the microphone. Harness is 54 pin one and it is really cheap.
