Anyone have the "HandBook" CD?

You can activate the on-board "Handbook" with the Car+Setup buttons, but it needs a CD to work.

Anyone in the UK or Europe have a copy? :-)

Its only 13 UK pounds from the dealer.... why not order one

Audi's in North America have the Handbook feature disabled, the dealers have no clue...
