Default Audi A8 electric seat problem

Hi. This morning i noticed a problem with the drivers electric seat. My woman is very short and needs 2 be allmost fully foward with the seat and it doesnt work like it worked before.
If u but the seat fully in down position and move it back and then foward again then it goes fully to foward position. Once u move the seat up then if u move it back and try foward again it wont work.
In the up position it will go foward but not to the end. Passenger side works fine and will go foward in every position. I looked on the rails 2 see if there is any coins or some dirt but nothing. What 2 look for?
And if i wanted 2 grease the rails , what would be the best grease for it ?

Thanks for every solution
T.

Lift the seat up fully then check th connectors under the seat are clicked in fully and also check that there is slack in wires at the furthest positions. I have seen videos where the wires get worn due to rubbing.

Then check the switch.
