Default battery positive wire corrosion
Went to get battery replace today and found the positive wire had corrosion on it and its a little tore. Is this the positive wire is it another wire? I looked on Genuinevwaudiparts website and its listed for 165 just for that 6 inch 0 gauge power wire. I want to make sure I get the right part.

Just clean and lubricate it. It will last longer than the rest of the car.

There is a special anti-corrosion grease made for battery terminals. Go to any car parts supply store to get it.

haha 165 for a wire. Like he said just clean it up as it was working before. Or use some spray on sealant to seal the corrosion.
