Every A8 I looked at before buying my own had small holes in the door panel speaker grills. A salesman told me they were from people slamming the door on umbrellas, thought that was odd, but accepted it. With winter looming I threw my snow scraper in the back seat and realized there is no good place on the floor for it. I can see how it may one day wedge between the raised center section of the floor and pierce my speaker.

Has anyone seen this happen in their own cars?
