Just came on about 5 minutes ago. Is this a get it done today job or do I have a few miles? No warranty. How much will this cost me at the dealer?

I dont know if that price is right or not. New pads and rotors where put on at 44,000 miles under warranty. Now I am 63,000.

Assuming no stuck calipers. By that I mean that both your inside and outside pads are wearing evenly. The wear resistor that was cut through triggering the alert is only on the inner front pads. You have at least 1000 if not 2000 miles before metal to metal contact as long as you don't brake like you're on the LeMans circuit all the time.
You also need to physically check the rear pads as well since there is no wear indicator on those pads.
Search this forum for my earlier posts on the brakes. IIRC the rear pads cost $75 and the fronts $150. I bought OEM from the dealer because I figure the engineers at Audi knew what to spec. I have not replaced any rotors. Yet.
Pretty simple job as long as you use the diagnostic software. Although some posters here swear that you don't even need the software & diagnostic interface (and PC of course).

Fom having watched it and done it up front, you normally have some time and miles--certainly normally a few weeks of driving. Weeks, not months though to be safer.
Rears actually do read. They don't have on pad contact break sensors, but rather they are read via the electric parking brake motor calculating the relative pad location. Part of that periodic parking brake motor noise I think too. From having replaced them too, part of the VAG COM input is telling it how thick the pad material is as a reference point for the calcs. What is inaccurate is they can't tell inside vs. outside wear; see my rear brake write up in my auto sig for a serious issue in the OEM rear pads for uneven wear may not be visible on casual inspection.
