Does anybody have any diagrams showing the locations of the camshaft position sensors for a 2006 3.2 FSi?

I've seen them here for the A6 all right...

If you are a mechanic, you should know, that they are around the camshafts, not too many things there that has an electrical connector out from the cylinder head (plus the control valves of course).

The correct answer is between the rear and the middle cylinders on the upside of the camshaft covers, at least according to this picture:

You can see on the camshafts, that there is a weird looking cam lobe between the lobes for the middle and rear cylinders on both cams.

I have a 06 A3 3.2, I found mine to the right of the oil filler cap on the block and got the part $32.49 at Autozone then came back to change it and seen another sensor with exact numbers on the back of the block 2 total... My luck I will change one and it will be the other so Im gonna get another and change both... Good luck
