The problem I cited was the jumping cursor in the radio station memory list. I was really having that problem. The update disk number for the two problems is the same. I think the tech may have only updated the radio rather than all modules.

I'll call em and talk to em - while they still think I'm mad about the mileage thing.

I'm a lawyer too but I hate re: as much as my clients. Lawyer screens and re: responses w/out new headings. I just can't get away from them...

Hey D3AEight - does the real update change the phone and name screens from their basically worthless onstar defaults?

One more thing, can you please let me know what version of the NAV DVD you have and what the screen says when you select version from the NAV screen? My car came with a burned copy of the NAV DVD, so I have no way of knowing if it is version 4 or 5 or what.
