Where can I get OEM Brakes and Rotors for a 2004 Audi A8L at the cheapest price? Does an Audi Dealer have to install these brakes and rotors due to the VagCom Settings? The dealership is asking way to much for the entire job. Can someone help? I live in Atlanta.
Thanks,
Pete

I did same as Donnie, (ie dealer advised I needed them, and I opted to have indy put them on) but turned out the brakes weren't even 50% worn - be sure they're needed...

try brakeworld.com they also have some OEM drilled/ slotted ones that they market under their own brand I think, can't recall the name.
Any decent Indy ( independent) shop should be able to do the job - have to think there are several in Atlanta. ask on the regional forum perhaps for suggestions...
best of luck.

Speaking of brakes, around how many miles can you get on a set of pads?
I have an 05 with like 23k on it, dealer wouldn't do it on the original factory service while in warranty (said they were still like 6mm's). I was hoping there may be an idiot light to let me know when needed, but perhaps not..
