Hey all,
So all the buttons work on my climate control to include vent controls but no air blows at all. No hot air, no ambient air, nor any cold air. Any thoughts on what this may be?

Sounds like the obvious to me--no HVAC fan. Check fuse as one preliminary item.
And for my usual question on these fan questions...do you have a solar roof by chance?

Your statement is confusing, "since my fans run during the day", does the fan work at all ?
It is only one fan, as in one fan motor, not "fans", So if your fan is not running at all at any time of day, then replace it, WHAT MP is saying is that if you have the solar roof then the fan motor's life is shortened because it has run much more then the non solar units.

Editorials aside, consistently w/ no fan action and solar roof, the HVAC fan is headed south. Had it on my C5 4.2 too...and don't intend to repeat it with another one given the consistent long term reliability issue. If it is erratic right now, figure brushes may be right on verge of their full wear limit, and ability to still work/connect is temperature dependent. Also, forget the fuse if it runs at times; it is getting juice as that shows.
Fix is new HVAC fan. Or a few have been doing brushes if you are up for it and intend to DIY rather than use shop. Search and you will find posts on the removal and replacement and/or the brushes idea and sourcing. To be clear, there is only one fan even though you might think you have separate driver and passenger control. You actually don't; two squirrel cage fans on one motor shaft and either set of console fan speed buttons raises or lowers fan speed for both sides.

Sorry for the confusion. I test my HVAC this morning and the fans came on but would stutter in speed. On a hot day, they will refuse to work at all. Thank you all for the info. The HVAC seems like a easy job to undertake after seeing the thread. Even though it's too late, I still turned off my solar operation.
