Cost of MMI and Nav upgrade
All,
I posted earlier that I was thinking about purchasing an 04 A8L. Since the car is not coming from an Audi dealer, what would the cost be for me if I had the MMI and Nav upgraded myself? Is it something I have to take to the dealer to complete or could I purchase the software and do it myself? If a dealer only option, estimate cost?

The NAV disk is $200 from Navteq. The MMI upgrade disk is $13 if you can et your dealer to sell it to you. Then there is some minor coding needed after that that you either need VAG-COM for or pay your dealer to do.
