"Crunch" or squeak from front suspension

F@kk!!! Spoke too soon.
Now getting push back from the warranty, not wanting to cover the air struts even though they are covered and are faulty.
Audi Dealer told me they confirmed no leaks in the lines and Valve Block, compressor is also working fine too.
The warranty adjuster says he needs proof from the dealership that the air struts are leaking. I don't know what else to do now. Dealer says they showed the adjuster the air lines, compressor and valve block holding pressure, but the adjuster/warranty wants more they want to see the leak from the struts. Audi says the air bags are enclosed and they can't simply spray water on it to show the leak. wTF!!!
Anyone ever go through this!?

I've taken my car to Rennology on the far southside for stuff and so far so good. Chi town Audi dealers are all stand up comedians when it comes to their prices.

Aftermarket warranty through Wheelz. I have one more year on it.
Ahh I have an s-Line A6 from Westmont.
I'm going to look into Rennology. It's been over a week now. I want it taken care of ASAP.
OP
I hope that's all that was wrong with yours. If it was, your lucky it was a simple fix.

I was curious about the warranty company because I am in the process of having both front struts replaced along with the control arm and sway bar bushings and my Fidelity warranty covered it (the one sold through Audi, administered by Fidelity). Sorry to hear yours is giving you a hard time. Not sure what proof they are looking for if the dealer confirms that is the problem. With this repair, my warranty will have paid for itself and then some. Had the trunk motor replaced under it not too long ago too.
Good luck.
Good luck.

IIRC the reason most warranty companies cover the struts is that they are not a wear item. The struts are an integral suspension component designed to last the life of the car, not to be replaced every ~50,000 miles as they are on a "regular" car.
