Car seems to be a good deal but was not as described. I asked Joe if there were any scratches or dings and he said no all that is fixed when car is Certified. He said they will compensate me but have not gotten a dollar amount yet. Was told on Monday I would have an answer by the end of the week. now I have to wait until Monday. Looks like the car will be going back to Riverside if I don't get a reasonable amount on Monday.

I went through something like this when I purchased my CPO TT coupe.

There is a check list of items that must be met and tears in the interior and paint damage like you are showing are on there. They should have replaced all this before advertising it as a CPO. I found a handful of items on my car and after a few calls to the dealer than Audi Canada, I had it all sorted out.

To be CPO, you have to pass ALL ITEMS.

If im not mistaken that seat needs to be replaced or at least the leather does.

In a heart beat, what a great experience I had with Joe Arvatz!!! He is honest and told me upfront about a few scratches that I didn't see, I appreciated it and saw that I am dealing with an honest man. He went that extra step to make us happy.

His dealership had somewhat problem as far as the timing, but that had little to do with his personality or the service he gave us.

We love the car and will go back anytime.

Highly recommend him!!!
