fair price on certified 04?
hello again guys..i've found an 04 offered by my dealer w/35,000 miles for 48,900..has all the bells and whistles..what should i offer as a fair price..pls keep in mind that i am trading in my 01 a8..thanks in advance

Car came from the Orlando auction...
They paid just under $44k for it. Figure around $500 for shipping to NY, plus CPO and maintenance work. Offer them $46k and see what happens.

Mine came in (same dealer) at about 33k less on the miles but about $15k higher on the price. Decent $'s on my trade in, VG+ experience over all.

At $46k they're probably not even breaking even, considering $500 for shipping, roughly $1300 to certify it plus $200 for the actual CPO inspection.
