Default fed up with Audi's internet for dummies approach

Can anyone follow the various links on this Audi website? http://www.fredlaverycompany.com/SlowDSL/HomePage.asp

Evertime I attempt something (I've tried 3 browsers and 2 PC), I get an error like:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver]General error Unable to open registry key 'Temporary (volatile) Jet DSN for process 0x1294 Thread 0x1600 DBC 0x2329334 Jet'.

/SelectAModel.asp, line 69

Problem is I also get the same error using the contact us link. I'll try to send to generic names like postmaster and webmaster but I'm not hopefull.

Soon after I received an email from a company that tracks user satisfaction with dealers, it blew up on the 4 or 5th page and there is no way to contact them as a reply to the orginal email with the survey link is rejected.

In contrast I can schedule my whole service appt through the web for my Mercedes.

Default Doesn't look like an Audi website, more like a dealer's site. Works fine for me BTW,

even over the pond.
