I opened my front door and it closed again before i could have exited and the suction began sucking the door in and i at the same time reached for the handle inside the car and began opening it again i heard a little pop noise and realized something went wrong. Now the door closes but does not get sucked in when im in the car i can hear something attempting to but it remains the same. does any one know if i broke it completely or i just need some one to realign it.

im in queens nyc and if anyone knows who i can show this too thats not a Audi dealer
