I've seen folks on these forums recommend genuinevwaudiparts.com more than once, so when it came time to order a bunch of accessories, I did so through their site.

The chromed exhaust tips I ordered turned out not to be compatible with my car, although they were listed as compatible on the Web site.

I emailed them about this, and they told me to return the part (and packaging) to them, which I did.

That was about two months ago, and I've heard nothing since from them about a credit or refund. I've emailed them four times, both to their general email address and to the individual who emailed me about the return.

Is it possible they've shut down? Anybody else have recent/similar experience?
