How do the dealers get reimbursed for the "free" 50000mi/48yr maintenance?

AoA has set prices that it pays for the various services
When the dealer completes the services or warranty repairs, they wait until the end of the month and send in a claim form. From what I understand, AoA pays something very similar to what the consumer would pay for the same service or repair.
