I am talking about the rear body lens bulb not the one on the trunk. How on earth do you get to that bulb?

They are matrix LED lights so no user changeable bulbs in them. If it's failed then they are not easily repairable so you have to replace the entire light unit.

Parts illustration confirming what is posted. On the inside light assembly (the trunk lid one), you can change the reverse and fog light bulbs. Parts diagram implies you can get the LED board, but I don't think they ever offered that.

It's been a while, but IIRC for the outer one you pull away the rubber from the upper trunk edge/corner to find the retaining nuts underneath.

Yeah, if you look at the source for the diagram, while they label the part off to the side, they note no replacement is available.
