I broke upper seat recliner?? How to fix?? Anybody else break theirs??

I broke upper seat recliner?? How to fix?? Anybody else break theirs??
I got in car last night and my parka was wedged under me so I pushed my weight up to get it out from under me and the top of the seat back near the head rest stripped(broke)?? the motor is working but making a clicking sound but the top part of the seat will not hold any pressure.
Anybody else have this issue before, I didn't put very much pressure on the seat when it broke. Must be a plastic part ?? Anybody know if you can buy replacement parts for 2004 A8 front seats??
