supposedly it will start a new generation of Audi design. Supposedly bolder and flashier.
There are reports of a 400 or so horsepower TT V8, but this article doesn't say so.
As for the interior the A7 concept from Detroit should give some hints.

Those automotive sources (which are the minority) who claim it will be a TT gasoline V8 and not a SC gasoline V8 are delusional, stupid or flat out lying. The truth is it will in fact be a SC gasoline V8 (4.0T for the A8 and A8L) and a TT diesel V8 (4.0TDI for the A8 and A8L).
This minority of automotive sources also say that the next S8 will get a RA (RA being regularly aspirated, of course), SC or TT gasoline V10 (5.2 or 5.0T) are dead wrong about this, too. The truth is, the next S8 will get two engines: a SC gasoline V8 (4.2T for the S8) and a TT diesel V8 (4.2TDI for the S8).
No TT gasoline V8 for the D4 A8/A8L/S8. That is a solid fact.
The whole entire VAG (including Porsche, Bentley, Lamborghini and Bugatti) will only have the following four cylinder counts for all of their engine offerings: 4 and 5 (both of these smaller cylinder counts will be inline only for both all transversely mounted engines and all longitudinally mounted engines) and 6 and 8 (both of these larger cylinder counts will be V shape only for all engines with a 60 degree wide angle only for all transversely mounted engines and a 90 degree wide angle only for all longitudinally mounted engines). All other cylinder counts will go the way of the dinosaurs for all of VAG (again, Porsche, Bentley, Lamborghini and Bugatti included). All of this is also a solid fact.
I don't know how many times I have had to (and am probably going to have to, but I dearly and sincerely hope that this is the last time I will have to) tell this to people here on AudiWorld.
