When I had the wheels balanced, Marcus who does my tyres said he thought both front CV joint boots were slightly split and loosing some grease. I duly ordered two replacements - main dealer only - and went to fit the first on Saturday and found it to be perfect.
It looks like the new nylon type boots last longer than the synthetic rubber type so I will be returning them to the dealer.
I did find that both anti-roll (anti-sway) bar drop links are in need of replacement which is causing a slight knock over small bumps.
Does anyone know the part number - mine are the bolt throgh type rather than the ball-joint/stud type?
