MMI problems and dead battery

hi johhny installed the AV leads today, got a problem lol
i have sound but no video. ive noticed when i click on AV1/AV2 and then scroll using the big ****, it has the tv in motion protection, however the car is not even on, just battery power.
do you know what it could be?
i will do more rechecking of the wires we installed into the tv tuner.
