I have an allroad with MMI system and I love keeping it on the map function as i drive. Plus the kids like to watch it while we're truckin along. Daughter asked if the screen can be customized to have photos/screensaver images on it that you can program in as you would on a pc. Cant find the answer to this one -- anybody here know? thc

allroad's only started having the MMI in 05. -- which was the last model year for the beast and they only made them til may. So there are relatively few. You guys have the most experience with it because it started with the 04's when the D3 started its life. So that was the reason I posted here. But it will be my last because your response was pathetic. So go back to snoozing in your luxo cruiser and I'll try not to wake you up again....

Wow what an attitude. Rilot's answer was spot on. Since you have RNS-E and not MMI (completely different interface and operating systems) any hacks for the D3/C6 would not be relevant to the Allroad or B7 system. Have fun climbing some ant hills.

I may have an attitude, but -- I finally have an answer. My post sat for hours on your lame-*** board without so much as a response. Finally someone who knows the difference -- (thats you Der Kimbo) responds with info I didnt know. So it takes a little inflammation to get a response sometimes. I still maintain that you guys on the D3 board -- should, at least -- know the most about MMI.
