Someone who has diagnosed these better should weigh in, but IF ignition was in on position, the scan is riddled with issues involving the whole sound, display and related phone, etc. systems. JohnnyJJ A6Q (if I recall user name right) is an example of someone who I think has a good understanding of this stuff.

Notice all the non communicating modules ('could not be reached"). It goes beyond the core MMI screen control module--07 Control Head--to I think everything on the optical ring. Again, IF ignition was in on position, I think that is not just a control panel or display issue. Until those report as communicating, I doubt this will resolve. You did post up a scan though showing the basic optics ring as reporting ok; would have been another place to check.

What did the dealer say :P?

This gives indication that you voltage could be low. Clear the codes and check again. If it returns then you voltage may be low. If you want to check you voltage with vag-com go to the engine module, measurement block, then use the arrow up to find voltage. Whenever I changed my valve cover gasket my battery died and my MMI did the same as yours.
