I have the same problem plus now I noticed (thanks for the link) both battery level and Speed Notifications options are gone. Apparently, we need to do a option by option check to see if anything else disappeared, or has appeared.

I'll also mention this to my dealer and let you know how they resolve it.

The bottom line though is, the Setup button now does nothing, they can't possible say this is a new feature of the upgrade.

Obviously you did the $123 upgrade, I would have been willing to pay $150 just to remove the nag screen and lose these options.
