Funny, that's the one I inspected at carsource about 5 weeks ago
It's absolutely pristine....and they had it priced at 38.7 k, then had a buy it now on ebay for 37.7K, now it went to Downers Grove luxury motors, this car is at the bottom of their barrel, but they have it advertised for 39K.
I'm glad to see some of the S8's aren't selling, that will further reduce their value and maybe they'll be 30K next year!
Time to trade up?? ;-)

Re: Damn, It's a quattro. S8's never came 2WD. Misprint in the ad.
Wonder if an '03 for $48k and 20k miles is a better deal? Compared to this '02 with almost 50k miles for $40k? Gotta save more bucks!!!
